I purchased your 3 week diet guide before Xmas and started it on the 21st Jan and it was a very informative and easily readable guide. I’ve lost 8 kg in 12 days, I’m just concerned that I’m losing too much too quickly. I will say I haven’t followed the guide exactly (not using Whey protein shakes, but one that is sold in cans in work “Weiner Body shakes”). I’m not sticking perfectly to the listed foods (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
